摘　　要：利用液相色谱-库仑阵列电化学检测器(HPLC-ECD)对鸡肝中残留的氯羟吡啶的检测进行了研究。将样品经液液萃取,使用液相色谱-库仑阵列电化学检测器检测,结果表明,鸡肝中氯羟吡啶在15～1 000 ng/g范围内线性良好,回收率为85.22%,检测限达10ng/g,达到国家检测标准,适用于氯羟吡啶的检测。A high performance liquid chromatographic （HPLC） method eonpled with eonlometrie electrode army system for the determination of elopidol is established, The chicken liver samples were purified through liquid-liquid extraction. The recovery of elopidol in chicken liver was 85.22% and the detection limit was 10 ng/g in the range of 15 - 1 000 μg/g of elopidol in ehieker liver. Then the method was validated thoroughly. The result showed the method developed with HPLC-ECD was reproducible and sensitive enough for biological matrix.
