菠菜离体叶绿体培养研究

摘　　要：研究了不同pH值、温度、光照、悬浮介质对菠菜离体叶绿体存活时间的影响,结果表明,在pH为7.6、温度为5℃(低温)的黑暗条件下用悬浮介质Ⅰ培养的菠菜离体叶绿体活性保持时间较长。The influence of different entironment factor such as pH, temperature, illumination and the suspending medium on the spinach（ Spinacia oleracea L. ） chloroplast culture in vitro was studied. The results showed that there was longest living time of isolated chloroplast in the condition of pH 7.6, temperature 5℃, darkness and suspending medium Ⅰ .
