摘  要:研究了在北京地区栽培的4种常绿阔叶园林植物的叶片组织过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量在秋冬季的变化。结果表明,4种植物叶片组织的POD活性在秋冬季出现2次明显的上升。北海道黄杨、大叶黄杨和金心黄杨叶片组织的SOD活性随着室外温度的降低不断增加,在室外平均气温接近冬季最低气温时达到最高值,这3种植物叶片组织的MDA含量与SOD活性有相关性。整个秋冬季期间,扶芳藤的SOD活性和MDA含量始终呈增加趋势。In this paper the variation of perocidase( POD)activity, superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and Malondialdehyde (MDA) content in the foliar structure of 4 different species of evergreen broad-leaf plants cultivated in Beijing during overwintering period was researched. Two obvious increases of POD activity were witnessed during the period,In addition,the SOD activity in the leaf of Euonymus japonicus L,cv Zhuzi, Euonymus japonicus Thunb and Euonymus japonicus cv.aureo-variegatus was continuously increased with the drop of the outdoor temperature,reaching the highest when the outdoor temperature approached the lowest.The MDA content of three plants was related to their SOD activity,Within the autumn-winter period,the SOD activity and MDA content in the leaf of Euonymus fortunei showed a constant increasing tendency.
