摘  要:5个甘蔗品种经11次试验结果表明:叶片样本经低温处理后的细胞电解质外渗率随品种抗寒力增加而变小,这表明用电导法来鉴定甘蔗品种抗寒力差异是有效的。一般情况下,可直接用电导率(B)或电解质外渗率(B/C)作为鉴定甘蔗品种抗寒力的指标。若已知品种间抗寒力差异较小或未知差异时,最好用冷冻叶片电解质外渗率(B/C)或冷冻叶片电解质外渗率减常温下叶片电解质外渗率(B/C—A/C)和冷冻叶片电导率减常温下叶片电导率与煮后叶片电导率减常温下叶片电导率之比((B-A)/(C-A))作为鉴定指标,这样可克服品种自身电解质外渗率的差异对鉴定结果产生的影响。The result that five sugarcane varieties were experimented 11 times showed: 1.The electrical conductivity(E.C.)for frozen leaves extracting solution were reduced with the increase of varieties resistance to cool.This therefore may be used to estimate resistant difference to cool between varieties. 2.If it is known that resistant difference to cool are significance,E. C.for frozen leaves(B),and the percentage of electrolyte exopermeating for frozen leaves (B/C)may be used directly as identifying index.And if the difference are not known,the percentage of electrolyte exopermeating for frozen leaves minus control one (B/C-A/C)or E.C.for frozen leaves-E.C.for control is more oppropriate index for E.C.for bioled leaves-E.C.for control identification.
