摘  要:采用垂直沉降法将单分散的聚苯乙烯纳米球自组装,得到排列有序的聚苯乙烯胶体模板,在此模板的空隙中填充PDDA-Fe2+混合溶液,再将模板浸入铁氰化钾溶液中,即在缝隙中生成大量普鲁士蓝纳米粒子,最后用四氢呋喃去除聚苯乙烯纳米球得到有序多孔普鲁士蓝模板。采用扫描电镜、紫外-可见光谱仪和电化学技术对所制得的有序多孔普鲁士蓝模板的形貌、化学组成进行了表征,同时对其在生物传感器中的应用进行了研究。A simple and effective method is reported for the fabrication of Prussian blue membranes with ordered macroporous structure. The as - synthesized polystyrene (PS) nanoparticles are subsided to form a membrane, and the closed - packed assembly of PS is seeded with a layer of PDDA - PB. Then a macroprous Prussian blue membrane is produced for the first time upon decomposition of the PS nanoparticles, and the GOX - functionalized membrane is obtained via the layer - by - layer (LBL) sequential electrostatic adsorption of PDDA and GOX on the macroporous membrane. SEM and UV - visible spectroscopy were employed to follow the formation of Prussian blue membrane with ordered macroporous structure. Electrochemical experiments were performed on the electrochemical workstation. On the basis of measuring the electrocatalytic reduction current of H2O2 produced by the reaction of glucose and oxygen under the catalysis of GOX, the detection of glucose is achieved.
