摘  要:【目的】探讨β-羟丁酸的测定在糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)的诊断及疗效观察中的意义。【方法】用酶法测定105例正常体检人员,86例糖尿病无酮症酸中毒患者和28例DKA血β-羟丁酸的浓度,同时测其血糖浓度的变化。比较28例治疗前后血β-羟丁酸浓度。【结果】糖尿病患者中血β羟丁酸较正常人明显升高(P<0.05),DKA患者血β-羟丁酸较正常人及糖尿病无酮症酸中毒患明显升高(P<0.01)。DKA患者治疗后血β-羟丁酸比治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)。【结论】血β-羟丁酸的测定可作为监测糖尿病进展有效指标;同时也是诊断DKA及观察其疗效的可靠指标。[Objective]To evaluate the value of serum β- hydroxybutyric acid determination in diabetes complicated with acidosis. [Methods]The serum β- hydroxybutyric acid was determined with automatic enzy- matic assay tecniques in 105 routine medical examination patietns, 86 diabetes patients and 28 diabetes complicated with acidosis patients,at the same time, their serum glucose level was determined. β- hydroxybutyric acid level of 28 diabetes complicated with acidosis was compared before and after treatment. [Results]There existed significant rise of β- hydroxybutyric acid in diabetes than in routine medical examination patients( P〈0.05) . There existed more significant rise of β- hydroxyhutyric acid in diabetes complicated with acidosis than in diabetes without acidosis( P 〈0.01) . There existed more significant rise of β- hydroxybutyric acid in diabetes complicated with acidosis before teratment than after treatment( P 〈0.01) . [Conclusion]The β-hydroxbutyric acid is a valuable index in detecting progression of diabetes; and it is a reliable index in diagnosing diabetes compticated with ketoacidosis.
