摘　　要：实验实训中心作为高职院校实践教学培养人才的重要基地,其建设水平的高低,创新探索能力的强弱,直接影响着实践教学的质量。加强实验实训中心建设,适时更新实训教材、校企结合、延伸实训平台、订单式培养、准员工式实训,加强实验技术队伍建设,是改革实践教学的关键。The training center is the base to foster technical manpower. Its construction level and innovation exploration ability affects the practice education quality directly. Strengthening construction, at the right moment renewing the teaching material, uniting school and business, extending practice training platform, order form type cultivating, are the key, to reforms the practice teaching.
