摘  要:采用盆栽苗自然失水和PEG胁迫法研究干旱胁迫对3个夏花型小菊新品种叶片形态、相对含水量、MDA含量及生长过程中干物质含量的影响。结果证明:干旱胁迫下,叶片萎蔫出现的早晚、相对含水量迅速下降的时间、下降幅度和速率,存在着品种间的差异;MDA含量经历了升高—下降—升高的变化过程;地上部和根系的生长明显受到抑制,对干物质含量的影响存在着品种和部位(地上与地下)的差异,根冠比总体呈升高的趋势。综合分析证明,A27萎蔫症状出现得迟,叶片RWC下降相对缓慢,MDA含量较低且变化幅度小,地上部和根系的干物质含量变化幅度小,耐旱性较强。Experiment was conducted with small flowers in Chrysanthemum of "A23" ,"AS "and"A27".The changes of modality chraceristic of leaves, the relative water content (RWC) ,MDA content and dry weight were studied under drought stress.The results indicated that the wilted time , the decreased extent and process of the relative water content (RWC) were all different in three cultivars.The content of MDA raised first,declinedd then,and increased continually later.The growth was restrained both in leaves and roots,but the value of root/crown was raised under drought stressed. The conten of dry material was different in the organ and cultivars.Integrated analysis showed that A27 had the strongest adatability under drought stress with the late time of wilted ,slower decreased process of RWC, low extent and content of MDA,and little range of dry material content changed.
