摘　　要：本文总结了目前国内外对腰椎间盘退变遗传学方面的研究,旨在找出椎间盘退变的候选基因,以达到分析基因多态性与椎间盘退变易感性的关系及筛选易感人群的目的。This review summarized the current advances on genetic factors of lumbar disc degeneration, and its candidate genes. Then analyzed the relationship between gene polymorphism and lumbar disc degeneration, which is significant important in screening the susceptible population.
