摘　　要：设计并实现了一种80C196单片机和可编程系统器件(PSD)相结合的电动机综合保护系统。80C196单片机主要完成数据采集、数据处理和保护等功能,PSD芯片集成了RAM、FlashROM、I/O端口和可编程逻辑器件构成单片机的外围电路。此系统简化了电路设计,减少了元件数和功耗,同时保证了系统运行的可靠性和稳定性。A new motor＇ s integrated protective system which using 80C196 and programmable system device （PSD） is desinged and presented. 80C196 completes such functions as sampling data, processing data and protection. PSD is used as peripheral circuit, because it contains RAM, Flash ROM, I/O, and PLD. This system can simplify circuit design, reduces component and power, as well as it can ensure reliability and stability.
