肺肠合治法对哮喘小鼠血清总IgE影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:采用肺肠合治法原理,运用加味升降散方药,探讨该方法治疗哮喘的免疫学作用机理。方法:将小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、肺肠合治组、治肺组、治肠组和阳性对照组共6组,除空白组外均用鸡卵清蛋白致敏并激发哮喘,采用酶连免疫法检测各组血清总IgE。结果:腹腔注射鸡卵清蛋白可使小鼠血清总IgE水平增高,药物干预可使IgE水平降低;模型组与空白组比较血清总IgE水平明显升高(P(0.01);阳性对照组、肺肠合治组、治肺组、治肠组血清总IgE含量依次升高,与模型组比较均有显著差异(P(0.01)。结论:本方法对哮喘小鼠有治疗作用,其平喘作用与降低哮喘模型小鼠异常升高的血清总IgE水平,参与机体的免疫调节有关。Objective： adopting＂ Fei Chang He Zhi＂ therapy, using ＂ Jiawei Shengjiang San＂ ,to study the immune effect mechanics of this therapy in treating asthma. Methods： The mice are divided into six groups at random, except blank control group,the other groups are induced into allergic asthma by Ovalbumin,and ELISA is used to detect the content of the serum IgEin every group. Results： Ovalbumin can promote the mouse serum IgE level, and herbs treatment can low down this promotion. In comparision with blank control group, the content of serum IgE increase obviously（ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the content of the serum IgE in the positive control group,＂ Fei Chang He Zhi＂ group,＂ Zhi Fei＂ group,＂ Zhi Chang＂ group increases, and in comparision with model group ,there is obvious distinction（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ：This therapy is effective in treating the asthma of the mouse, which is related to lowing down the content of the serum IgE which has increased abnormally, and regulating the body immune.
