补气祛风汤对慢性荨麻疹症状及嗜酸粒细胞计数影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补气祛风汤对慢性荨麻疹症状及嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数影响。方法:对60例慢性荨麻疹患者采用补气祛风汤(由北芪、白术、防风、蒺藜、浮小麦、五味子组成)治疗,疗程为4周,主要观察治疗前后症状积分和嗜酸性粒细胞计数等指标的变化。结果:治疗后EOS、症状积分等指标均有明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:补气祛风汤对慢性荨麻疹有较好疗效,而降低患者EOS计数可能是其作用机理之一。Objective： To obscve the treatment of chronic urticaria and EOS by Buqi Qufeng Therap）,. Mooethods： 60 cases of chronic urticaria were treated by Buqi Qufeng Therapy （ composed of Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Saposhnikoviae, Tribulus terrestris L, Triticum aestivum L, Fschisandra chinensis Baill）. Four weeks constituted the course of treatment to objective the Change of sympotoms and EOS before and after the treatment. Results ： Sympotom was imporoved and EOS was reduced than before （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Cornclusion ： The Buqi Qufeng Therapy possesses definite curative effect, and reduce of the EOS maybe one of the causes.
