参乌冠心冲剂治疗冠心病心衰及对QT离散度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨参乌冠心冲剂对冠心病心力衰竭的疗效以及对QT离散度(QTd)的影响。方法:将118例冠心病心衰病人随机分为治疗组(A组)60例,和对照组(B组)58例。两组均给予西医常规治疗,A组在此基础上,加服参乌冠心冲剂,B组加用门冬氨酸钾镁注射液,同时另外设正常人对照组30例(C组),疗程为2周。结果:A组显效49例,有效7例,无效4例,总有效率为93.3%;B组显效30例,有效13例,无效15例,总有效率为74.14%;A组效果显著优于B组(P<0.01),A组和B组治疗前QTd和校正QTd(QTcd)均显著大于C组(P<0.01),A组治疗前后QTd和QTcd比较差异显著(P<0.01),B组治疗前后QTd和QTcd比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。A组与B组疗后比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病心力衰竭心肌复极存在严重差异,参乌冠心冲剂对冠心病心衰有较好的治疗作用。Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of the the Shenwu-eoronary soluble preparation cure the heart failure and effecton of the QT dispersion dedree. Methods ： The 118 patients with heart failure randomly devided into two groupe,the curative groupe（A groupe）60 patients,and the control groupe（ B groupe）58 patients, the two groupe patients treatment by oral administration Funaide, at this base, the A groupe patients also oral administration the Shenwu -coronary soluble preparation , the B groupe injection kalium- magnesium aspartate by vein,and install normal control groupe （C groupe）30 ,ormal human being, the total course of treatment was two weeks. Results ：The A groupe significance effection patients is 49, effection patients is 7, inefficacy patients is 4, the total effective rate is 93.33%, the B groupe significance effection patients is 30, effection patients is 13, inefficacy patients is 15, the total effective rate is 74.14%, the two groupe compared with each other, the difference is very significance. （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The QTd and QTd （QTcd） before treatment of the A and B groupes compared with C groupe, the differe.nce is very significance. （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The difference of the QTd and QTd（QTcd） before and after treatment of the A groupes is significance. （ P 〈 0.05）. The difference of the QTd and QTd（QTcd）before and after treatment of the B groupes is not significance. （ P 〉 0.05）. The QTd and QTd（QTcd） after treatment of the A and B groupes compared with each other,the difference is significance. （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The heart muscle of the coronary heart disease failure has serious difference of the repolarization course, Shenwu-coronary soluble preparation can cure the heart failure has the satisfied effecton.
