摘　　要：目的:比较不同厂家清开灵注射液的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:选择NUDEOSIL-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相(A)甲醇—(B)0.5%醋酸梯度洗脱,运行时间65min,检测波长255nm,测定清开灵注射液的指纹图谱。结果:标示出清开灵注射液17个共有峰,以黄芩苷作为参照峰,得出共有峰的相对保留时间和相对峰面积,用中药指纹图谱相似度计算软件计算得出其相似度在0.9以上。结论:不同厂家清开灵注射液的指纹图谱基本一致,可以利用指纹图谱对其进行质量控制。Objective ：To compare the fingerprint chromatogram of qingkailing injection made by different companies. Methods ： HPLC with NUDEOSIL - C18 columm was used, the （A） methanol, （B） 0.5% acetate buffer as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 255nm. Results ： 17 peaks were indicated on the HPLC - fingerprint of qingkaihng injection. The relative retention time and relative peak area were obtained with itself peak. Conclusion ：The fingerprint chromatogram of qingkailing injection made by different companies are roughly the same,which can be used for the quality control of qingailing injection.
