摘　　要：王好古受张元素“脏腑标本虚实寒热用药式”的启发,按“三焦热用药大例”与“三焦寒用药大例”论治三焦病证,王好古的三焦分证思想对后世温病学的发展有深远的影响。WANG Hao -gu is one of the pillar of YiShui School during the .Jin and Yuan Dynasty in China. He Put forward the viewpoint of pattern on syndrome differentiation to the triple energizer and medication, which originated from the pattern on syndrome differentiation to the zang -fu organs and medication advocated by ZHANG Yuan-su, and which produced a deep influence on the later school studying seasonal febrile disease.
