高效液相色谱法测定止痒消炎水中蛇床子素的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立止痒消炎水中蛇床子素的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法,以ZORBAX XDB-C18为色谱柱,甲醇-水（70∶30）为流动相,检测波长323nm。结果：试验表明,蛇床子素在0.0165-0.264μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=1.00000）,平均回收率为100.47%,（RSD=0.94%）。结论：本方法简便,准确,可作为该制剂的质控标准。Objective： To establish the determination method of Osthole in Zhiyangxiaoyanshui. Method： HPLC methd was selected to determine the content. The analysis column is ZORBAX XDB - C18. The mobine phase is consisted of methanol -wate （70： 30）. The detection wavelength is322nm. Results： The calibration curve was liner in the range of Osthole from 0.0165 - 0. 264μg（ r = 1. 00000）, The Average recoveries was 100.47% （ RSD = 0.94% ）. Conclusion： The method was simple and accureate. The method is suitable for the quality control of this preparation.
