高效液相色谱法测定乳炎消中橙皮苷含量

摘　　要：目的：建立乳炎消含量测定方法。方法：采用液相色谱法测定乳炎消胶囊中橙皮苷的含量。以Shim-pack CLC-ODS（6.0mm×240mm）为色谱柱,以甲醇-0.025mol/L磷酸（40∶60）为流动相,检测波长284nm。结果：橙皮苷对照品进样量在0.027-0.24μg范围内线性关系良好。方法的回收率为97.3%（n=5）,RSD为1.70%。结论：本方法快速、准确,方法的稳定性、重现性良好。可用于乳炎消的质量控制。Objective： To establish an accurate method for the determination of hesperidin in Ruyanxiao. Method： To apply an HPLC method for determination of hesperidin in Ruyanxiao. A slim-pack CLC - ODS column （6.0mm×240mm） was used with mobile phase of mathanol -0.025mol/L phosphoric acid solution （40： 60）. The detection wavelength was 284nm. Results： The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.027 - 0.24μg, and the average recovery of hesperidin was 97.3% （ n =5） ,RSD = 1.0%. Conclusion： The method is rapid,accurate,stability and reproductivity. It can be used for quality control of Ruyanxiao.
