摘  要:目的建立二母清肺丸中大黄素、大黄酚的反相高效液相色谱法。方法采用ODS-C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(85∶15)检测波长为254 nm。结果大黄素的进样量在0.03944~0.1972μg、大黄酚的进样量在0.04928~0.2464μg,分别与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7、r=0.999 8)平均加样回收率分别为100.4%和98.9%,RSD分别为1.11%、1.18%。结论该方法简便易行、准确可靠,可用于二母清肺丸的质量控制。Aim To establish an RP-HPLC method to determine the content of emodin and chrysophanol in ermu qingfei pills. Methods ODS-CIs column was adopted. Methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution( 85:15 ) was used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range from 0. 03944μg to 0. 1972 μg for emodin and 0. 04928μg to 0. 2464μg for chrysophanol( r = 0. 9997 ,0. 9998 ) respectively. The average recovery rates for emodin and chrysophanol were 100.4% and 98.9%, and RSD was 1.11% and 1.18% ,respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of ermu qingfei pills.
