摘  要:目的为杭菊花的开发利用提供依据。方法采用HPLC法测定5个杭菊栽培品种花期的不同开放阶段绿原酸含量及其变化规律。结果小汤黄、早小洋菊、晚小洋菊、大洋菊均在70%开放期时绿原酸含量达到最高,异种大白菊绿原酸含量随着开放度的增加而不断增高。结论绿原酸含量因5个杭菊栽培类型不同而不同,并在各个开放期中呈现规律性变化。从而为判断菊花确定适宜采收期提供依据。Aim To provide the basis for the Hangzhou chrysanthemum's development. Method The content of the chlorogenic acid in five different breeds was determined by HPLC. Result When Xiaotanghuang, Zaoxiaoyangju, Wan Xiaoyangju and Dayangju all reach 70% of their florescence, the chlorogenic acid content achieves highest. Chlorogenic acid in the Yizhongdabaiju unceasingly increases along with the blossoming. Conclusion The contents of hlorogenic acid in five different breeds different, and they all present regular changes in each florescence. Thus the result provides basis for the judgement of proper time for picking chrysanthemum.
