摘　　要：借鉴发达国家的高技术产业化模式,根据国家发展战略的导向,深入分析中国地震科技发展的深层次问题,强调有关的几个基本概念,探索中国地震事业的发展方向,提出应该提升中国地震科技的国家战略地位、增强其国际竞争力。To use the experience of the high tech industrialization modes in developed countries for reference, the deep-grade problems in developing earthquake science and teehnology in China are analyzed based on the direction of the national development strategy. It emphasizes several essential eoneepts, and explores the direction of development of earthquake industry in China. It also points out the way to raise international competitive Capacity of Chinese earthquake science and teehnology.
