摘　　要：本文综合有关信息和资料,分析了美国巨灾发生、发展的趋势,介绍了美国建立巨灾风险识别与分析的步骤和程序。综述了美国自然灾害风险管理政策的框架设计和地震巨灾风险评估和地震保险研究的社会政策。The article integrates the related information and data, the trend of occurrence and development of catastrophic calamity in USA are analyzed. The establishment and steps of assess- ment model of catastrophic calamity, risk identification in US are presented in details. This paper also summarizes the framework of risk management policy of catastrophic Calamity, earthquake disaster risk evaluation as well as the social policy of earthquake insurance study.
