化瘀散结片对增生性玻璃体视网膜病变肝细胞生长因子表达的影响

摘　　要：目的通过增生性玻璃体视网膜病变动物模型的建立,研究化瘀散结片对兔眼增生性玻璃体视网膜病变肝细胞生长因子表达的影响。方法采用“玻璃体腔内注入体外培养兔视网膜色素上皮细胞”法建立增生性玻璃体视网膜病变动物模型。用免疫组织化学法观察化瘀散结片对增生膜中肝细胞生长因子表达的影响。结果模型组增生膜肝细胞生长因子的表达及明显高于正常组(P<0.01);化瘀散结片组与模型组及阳性药物对组相比较,增生HGF表达明显降低(P<0.01)。结论肝细胞生长因子参与了增生性玻璃体视网膜病变增生膜的形成;化瘀散结片可能通过降低增生膜内肝细胞生长因子的表达来抑制增生性玻璃体视网膜病变增生膜的形成。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Huayu Sanjie（ 化瘀散结）tablet on proliferation membrane＇s HGF expression in PVR through establishing experimental animal model of proliferative vitreoretinopathy（PVR） .METHODS Separated the RPE cells of the cultivated rabbits outside their bodies, then established the PVR animal model by injecting these RPE cells into vitreous. Immunobistochemical technique was used to evaluate the expression of HGF which has been influenced by Huayu Sanjie tablets. RESULTS The expression of HGF in the model group is more obvious than that in the normal one（ P 〈 0.01 ）;In the area of suppression the expression of HGF, the effect of the Huayusanjie tablet＇s group is better than that of the model group and western medicine group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUSIONS HGF has taken part in the formation of PVR proliferation membrane and Huayu Sanjie tablets probably have restrained the formation of PVR proliferation membrane by suppressing the expression of HGF.
