摘　　要：目的引起口腔科医生对早期梅毒的口腔临床表现的警觉,避免误诊延诊。方法对2003-2004年期间以口腔黏膜损害而首诊口腔科的4例病例,经鉴别排除口腔黏膜斑纹类疾病后,作梅毒血清学检查。结果快速血浆反应试验(rapid plasma regain circle card test,RPR)和梅毒螺旋体血凝反应试验(treponema pallidum hemagglu-tination assay,TPHA)检查,4例均为阳性。结论以口腔黏膜损害为首发症状的梅毒患者有其特殊的临床病理学表现,但常易被口腔医务工作者忽视。Objective To analyze the clinical features of 4 patients with syphilis. Methods A total of 4 cases of secondary syphilis confirmed by serology were collected during 2003 - 2004 and were first diagnosed on presentation with oral lesions. Results The white patch in oral mucosa was found in 4 cases with painless or slight pain in most cases. The most common site of the lesion was the tongue, rapid plasma regain circle card test （RPR） and treponema pallidum hemagglutination assay （TPPA） were positive in 4 cases. Conclusion The oral manifestations of syphilis have specific clinical and feature and attention should be paid to the suspicious oral lesions when patients are first presented in dental office.
