摘 要:应用释放气体分析-质谱(EGA-MS)技术对聚乙烯(PE)和聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料的保鲜膜进行了快速鉴别分析.保鲜膜样品中添加剂成分、高聚物等因受热挥发或分解而形成的特征气体会逐步释放,由载气通过去活性的惰性不锈钢毛细管柱带至检测器而得到特征的EGA曲线.通过质谱对曲线上各峰的检索,可以获知各峰的定性信息.结果表明EGA-MS技术是一种快速鉴别PE和PVC保鲜膜材料与添加剂种类的有效方法,方便、准确、快速,不需要任何样品前处理.A fast discriminative analysis of PE and PVC food wrap films was carried out by means of Evolved Gas Analysis-Mass Spectrometry (EGA-MS). The specific gas formed during thermal desorption and degradation stage for the food wrap films were carried through a deactivated metal capillary column to MS detector with a helium gas, and specific EGA curves were obtained. The qualitative results for all peaks on the EGA curves were achieved by MS search and comparison. ;I'he obtained results suggest that EGA-MS technique is a kind of fast discriminative analysis method for additive types and polymeric materials of PE and PVC food wrap films, with convenience, accuracy, and without any pretreatment.
