摘 要:直接甲醇燃料电池采用甲醇为燃料,甲醇氧化所产生的毒性中间体CO会导致直接甲醇燃料电池阳极产生较高的过电位,这是影响其性能的主要原因,使用抗CO催化剂是解决该问题的根本方法.从单组分、二组分和多组分电催化剂以及非贵金属催化剂等方面,详细综述了近年来直接甲醇燃料电池用阳极电催化剂在制备方法、电催化活性和抗CO中毒等方面的研究进展.结果表明,不同的合金组成和催化剂载体以及工作温度对阳极催化剂的催化活性有着直接的影响.High over-potential of direct methanol fuel cell(DMFC) anode caused by carbon monoxide poisoning when methanol is used as fuel is main obstacle to the high performance of DMFCs. Using carbon monoxide tolerant catalysts is one of the most hopeful ways to solve the CO problem. Based on mono-component, bi-component, multi-component and non-noble metal catalysts, the research development of the preparation methods, electrocatalystic activity and carbon monoxide tolerance of the anodic electrocatalysts used in direct methanol fuel cells were reviewed in details. Results in ing temperature had dicated that the differences of alloy composition, catalysts carrier and operat direct influence on the catalytic behaviors of anodic catalysts.
