摘  要:针对当前建筑物中能量消耗的具体情况,提出了相应的节能降耗的方法和手段,其中重点介绍了墙体保温、相变墙和电力移峰填谷等节能技术的特点,同时针对现代建筑中存在的大量空调冷热量浪费的现象,提出了空调冷热综合利用的一些具体做法,并通过相关试验验证了其可行性。Different ways to save energy were brought out according to the energy consumption of modern buildings. The features were mainly introduced about the energy conservation technology of using insulating wall, PCM wall and peak load regulation of power system. Since the huge waste of condensing heat in summer and cooling capacity in winter of air conditioner, the recovery of condensing heat and cooling capacity was a very nice choice to reduce the energy consumption of buildings at the same time. Its feasibility in principle was proved by experiment too.
