宫炎净对奶牛乳房炎的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：应用宫炎净对奶牛临床型乳房炎、隐性乳房炎进行了治疗研究．结果表明，宫炎净治疗临床型乳房炎具有明显的效果，治愈率高达８４．６％，高于青、链霉素的治疗效果（７５．０％）．通过对病原菌的分离、鉴定表明，宫炎净对乳房炎病原菌有显著的抑杀作用，对链球菌类病原菌效果更佳．对宫炎净治疗后的隐性乳房炎乳汁在停药后１ｄ、３ｄ进行分析，发现宫炎净可明显降低乳汁内的体细胞数、乳酸脱氢酶、谷氨酸丙酮酸转氨酶的活性和血清白蛋白的含量。A therapeutic study with Gongyanjing was carried out in bovine clinical and subclinical mastitis. The results showed that there was a marked effect on treatment of clinical mastitis, and 84. 6% of the cases were cured. The result that treatment of Gongyanjing was higher Than 75.0%with traditionary medicine of penicillin and streptomycin. Gongyanjing could eliminate infective agent in vivo, especially strepto coccu. By the analyse for milk of subclincal mastitis before the 1st day and 3th day after treatment of Gongyanjing,it was found that Gongyanjing could obviously reduce numbers of somatic cell counts, activities of lactate dehydrogenase and glutamic Pyravic transaminase and content of serum albumin of milk. It suggested that a recovering process of injured mammary glands is going on after treatment of Gongyangjing.
