摘 要:用筛选出的诱抗剂1000倍液浸水稻种子48h,在培养土旱育秧、普通土旱育秧和普通土水育秧3种育秧方式下,都能显著提高水稻种子成苗率和秧苗的干重,比用植物抗寒剂100倍液浸种效果好.在湖南省19个县(市)38个试验点,用诱抗剂1000倍液浸种,发芽率、成苗率、干重、株高和白根数比对照分别增加4.4%,10.5%,2.2%,1.8%和1.6%,死苗率和病苗率比对照分别降低2.4%和5.6%.Compared with 1% plant cold resistant pharmaceutical (Chinese Academy of Sciences) treatment,the living seedling plants and the dry weight of rice seedling, of Xiangzaoxian 17 and 91 115 rice variety are increased remarkablely with seeds soaked in 0.1% cold resistant pharmaceuticals for about 48 h,and then with three feeding seedling methods of the mixed drying soil,normal drying soil and normal water soil.In the field,compared with tap water treatment, the germination percentage,the living seedling plants,the drying weight,the plant hight and the amount of living roots are increased respectively by 4.4%,10.5%,2.2% and 1.6%, the death and disease seedling plants of rice are reduced respectively by 2.4% and 5.6% with soaked seeds of rice in 0.1% cold resistant pharmaceuticals in 19 countries of Hunan.
