心脑神力口服液抗自由基作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨心脑神力口服液体外抗自由基的效果。方法:采用分光光度法进行体外心脑神力口服液抗自由基的实验。结果:在单纯加入心脑神力口服液的情况和同时加入S9的两种情况下,心脑神力口服液各浓度组的吸光值都有明显变化,与H2O2组比较有统计学差异,并且都呈现剂量效应反应。并且在加大H2O2的情况下,心脑神力口服液仍旧能发挥抗自由基作用。结论:心脑神力口服液具有较强的抗自由基的作用,并且在未经生物活化和经生物活化后都有明显作用。Objective ：To study the antagonism effect of Xinnaosherdi Liquor against free radical. Methods In vitro research were applied , collect the data： Varies concentration Xirmaosherdi Liquor without S9 and varies concentration Xinnaoshen Liquor with S9, while the positive control is the H2 02 group. Resuits： Xirmaosherdi Liquor without S9 and with A9all have a good antagonism effect against free radical, and they also have a dose -effect correlation. When we increase the apply of the H2 02,it also can provide positive effect against free radical. Conclusion ： The Xinnaosherdi Liquor have a good positive effect against free radical no matter it act with S9 or without S9.
