摘 要:选择10日龄ArborAcres雏鸡300只,随机分成6组,每组50只。第一组饲以含锌30μg.g的玉米——豆饼型基础日粮,其它五组日粮依次含锌60μg.g,110μg.g,160μg.g,210μg.g,260μg.g。50日龄时,分别进行心脏采血,测血清中淀粉酶、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),谷丙转氨酶(GPT),碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的活性及血清含锌量。结果表明,在试验条件下,1,6组血清淀粉酶的活性与2,3组差异不显著,但明显低于4,5组。血清中LDH和AKP活性随饲料锌水平的提高而提高,GPT活性随饲料锌水平的提高基本不变,血清中锌含量随料锌水平的提高而提高。Ten-day-old Arbor broiler Acres were divided into six groups at random.There are fifty chicks per group.The first group were fed on the feed with 30pp zinc.The other five groups' feed zinc level are 60μg.g,110μg.g,160μg.g,210μg.g and 260μg.g.The experiment,showed that when the dietary zinc level was between 60 to 210μg.g,the viability of serum amylaze was increased with the dietary zinc increasing,when the dietary zinc level was increased,the viability of LDH and AKP were also increased,while the viability of GPT changed little.
