摘  要:综述了水稻的植株形态、生理特性、源/库关系和环境因素对光合作用的影响。现有的研究表明:水稻的理想株型、合适的源/库关系是水稻高光合效率的重要基础,而环境因素主要影响光合电子传递和与光合作用相关酶的活性。要进一步提高水稻经济产量,除了加强形态、生理水平研究外,还要从分子水平研究光合特性和产量的关系,利用基因工程和蛋白质工程手段,培育新的高光合效率品种。Characteristics of photosynthesis in rice are very important in increasing grain yield and breeding of high photosynthetic efficiency. The plant morphological and physiological character of rice, source-sink relation and environmental factors which influence photosynthesis were reviewed in this article. The obtained results showed that ideal plant type and source-sink relation were the critical morphological and physiological indexes of high photosynthetic efficiency, and environmental factors played major roles in photosynthetic electron transport and activity of critical enzymes. For further increasing the economic yield of rice, we should not only do more researches on morphological and physiological level, but also study the relation between yield and photosynthesis on molecular level, and breed new high photosynthetic efficiency varieties with the methods of genetic engineering and protein engineering.
