摘　　要：深圳、宁波的崛起,得益于高等教育与社会经济发展的紧密结合。特别是深圳、宁波市属本科院校与城市社会经济互动发展的经验启示我们,一旦具备了良好的区位优势和跨越发展的机遇与条件,必须同步规划高等教育的发展。唐山要成为建设沿海强省的领头羊,必须大力提升本地高等教育的质量和水平。The rapid development in Shenzhen and Ningbo benefits a lot from the close combination between higher education and social and economic development. The interactive development between the municipal colleges and the city＇s social and economic gives us some special inspiration. once owning favorable geographical advantages and the opportunity and the conditions of development, we should make a plan for the development of higher education at the same time. In order to be the leader in building a powerful coastal province, Tangshan should upgrade the quality and level of the local higher education.
