摘　　要：对近两年在我国福建省等地养殖的鳗鱼暴发流行的一种不明病因的疾病（俗称“狂游病”），通过寄生虫学、细菌学、病毒学检查，以及人工感染回归试验，确认其病原为鳗冠状病毒样病毒。该病毒主要侵害鳗鱼的肝脏、肾脏和心脏，导致这些器官的实质细胞呈现变性。In recent years, an unknown epizootic disease, socalled eel' mad swim disease', outbreaks in some districts of Fujian in China. Its death rate highly reached at 60%￣100%. Through the examinations of the diseased eels by parasitological, bacteriological and virological methods and the artificial infection test, the pathogen of the eel 'mad swim disease' was fully confirmed to be eel coronavirus like virus. The virus mainly invaded liver, kidney and heart of eel, and caused the degenerative and necrotic changes of paraenchymatous cells in these organs.
