特效生茸宝对小鼠造血功能和免疫功能的作用

摘　　要：特效生茸宝是由多种中西药组成的复方药物添加剂，具有明显的促进鹿茸生长的作用。为了探讨其作用机理，将特效生茸宝按３个剂量（１／５ＬＤ５０、１／１０ＬＤ５０、１／３０ＬＤ５０）给予实验动物，测定其对造血功能、血清凝集素效价、血清溶血素含量、巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果表明，高剂量组的多能造血干细胞（ＣＦＵ－Ｓ）和定向干细胞（ＣＦＵ－Ｃ）明显高于对照组，高、中剂量均能提高血清凝集素效价并促进巨噬细胞的吞噬活性，各剂量均能提高血清中溶血素含量。因此认为。TXZRB is a compound medicine additive which is made from many kinds of traditional Chinese and western medicines. It has a function of promoting growth of deer antler. The experimental animals were fed with TXZRB at three dosages of LD 50 1/5, LD 50 1/10 and LD 50 1/30 for studying the mechanism. The effects of TXZRB on hemopoietic function, serum agglutinin titer, serum hemolysin content and phagocytic function of macrophage were determined respectively. The results showed that the differences of determinant value of CFU S(multipotemtial hemopoietic stem cell) and CFU C(orientation stem cell) between two medicine groups and control were significant(P<0.05,P<0.01). The serum agglutinin titers of experimental animals fed with TXZRB in high and middle dosage groups were higher than those of controls (P<0.01,P<0.05). The hemolysin contents in the three dosage groups were obviously higher than those of controls (P<0.01,P<0.05). The differences of phagocytic function of macrophage among high, middle dosage groups and controls were significant (P<0.01,P<0.05). It is concluded that TXZRB can promote the immunity and hemopoietic function of organisms.
