摘　　要：通过对构成弹性体涂料的组分中多种羟基醚、氨基醚等原材料进行试验筛选,以及通过凝胶时间、异氰酸酯指数、扩链剂的种类和用量对性能的影响研究,优化试验配方,得到具有耐磨、防腐蚀、快固化性能的环境友好型喷涂弹性体涂料,该涂料在曹娥江大闸枢纽工程建筑物中的分隔墩底板预应力高强混凝土(PHC)管桩上得到成功应用。The title protective coatings has been developed based on the study of hydroxyl-polyethers, amino -polyethers and influence of time to gel, ratio of [ NCO]/[ OH], sorts and content of chain extenders on coatings properties. The coatings shows excellent properties of abrasion resistance, corrosion protection, fast curing and elasticity. Steel hoops of prestressing high strength concrete （PHC） piles of floodgate soleplate foundation and disjunctive frusta foundation in Caoejiang floodgate engineering project were protected by spray this elastic coatings with the properties of wearable, anticorrosion, rapid cure and environment friendly.
