摘 要:研究了高产条件下,冬小麦春季二棱期、雌雄蕊原基形成期、四分体形成期和开花期施氮78.75kg/hm2对旗叶衰老及产量因素和籽粒蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,四分体形成期和雌雄蕊原基形成期施氮提高了旗叶衰老初期可溶性蛋白质含量和衰老后期的光合作用速率,降低了叶片衰老期间细胞膜质过氧化水平及叶片衰老后期脱落酸积累量,延长了籽粒线性增重阶段持续时间,显著提高了粒重和籽粒产量。The effect of nitrogen application at 78.75kg/ha at double ridge prismatic stem, pistal stamen primordium formation, tetrad formation and anthesis stages in spring on the senescence of flag leaves, yield components and protein content of kernel in winter wheat (cv. Lu215953) was studied during 1992~1994. The results showed that applying N at pistal stamen primordium formation and tetrad formation stages markedly increased total soluble protein content at initial senescence and photosynthetic rate in later period of senescence , lowered membrane peroxidation level during senescence, decreased ABA accumulation in later period of senescence of flag leaves, extended the linear increment period of kernel weight, thus increased grain weight and yield significantly.
