摘 要:目的通过对颈椎MRI中各部分面积的测量,探讨脊髓型颈椎病患者(主要病变节段在C4、5)的临床表现与颈髓横切面积和有效椎管横切面积比值之间的关系。方法收集诊治的脊髓型颈椎病120例患者的临床、MRI图像资料,其中手术组60例,非手术组60例,用Photoshop软件计算选定区域内像素(C4、5节段),求得颈髓横切面积与有效椎管横切面积的比值。随机选取同年龄组60例正常成人C4、5MRI图像计算比值,作为正常对照组。结果颈髓横切面积与有效椎管横切面积比值,非手术组C4、5与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);手术组C4、5与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。脊髓型颈椎病患者C4、5颈髓横切面积与有效椎管横切面积比值与正常成人比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论颈髓横切面积与有效椎管横切面积比值可反映颈椎病的严重程度。Objective To study the relationship between the cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) and the cress -sectional area ratio of cervical spinal cord to effective spinal canal( C4,5 level)ifi MRT. Method Collected the MRI pictures of 120 CSM patients(60 operation group and 60 non -operation group) and 60 normal MRI( normal group), calculated the ratio and found the critical standard in MRI with the applications of Photoshop software. Results The cress - sectional area ratio of cervical spinal cord to effective spinal canal( C4,5 level)in non -operation group was on significant difference than that in normal group (P 〉 0.05 ), but there was significant difference in operation group than that in normal group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The cross - sectional area ratio of the cervical spinal cord to effective spinal canal in MRI can rellect severe degree of CSM.
