摘 要:目的对0.005%溴鼠灵毒饵进行现场杀灭家栖鼠类灭鼠率实验,为政府有关部门选购灭鼠药提供科学依据。方法用粉迹法同时测定实验区和对照区投放灭鼠药前、后的鼠密度,根据两区灭鼠前、后鼠密度变化计算该药灭鼠效果,用χ2方法比较投药前实验区和对照区鼠密度及对照区投药前、后密度的差异统计学意义,用毒饵消耗量观察其适口性。结果实验区投0.005%溴鼠灵毒饵前、后密度分别是61.15%,9.09%,对照区鼠密度分别是56.91%,51.33%,灭鼠率为83.52%。投药前实验区和对照区密度差异没有显著性(χ2=0.528 3,P>0.05),投药前、后对照区鼠密度差异没有统计学意义(χ2=1.576 2,P>0.05),投药前、后实验区鼠密度差异有统计学意义(χ2=68.77,P<0.05)。消耗毒饵高峰第3天,出现死鼠高峰在第6天,实验期间没有发生人畜中毒事件。结论0.005%溴鼠灵毒饵对家栖鼠类灭鼠率达到高效的水平,对人畜安全可靠。Objective The efficiency of eradicating rats on the poison bait mixed with 0. 005% brodifacoum and grain was tested on field experiment, providing the guide for local government to purchase the poison bait. Methotis The density of rats were measured by the method of rat's trace on the powder before and after eradicating rats. The effect of eradicating rats was calculated on the change of density of rats between before and after eradicating rats. The significant differences of rats density were compared by X^2 means between experiment and comparison area, or between twice density of rats in comparison area. The acceptability of poison bait was estimated by the percentage of eaten grain's stack. Results The density of rats in experiment and comparison area were 61.15% , 56. 91% respectively before eradicating rats, and 9.09% , 51.33% respectively after eradicating rats. The rate of eradicating rats was 83.52%. There wasn't significant differences in the density of rats between experiment and comparison area before eradicating rats (X^2 = 0. 528 3, P 〉 0. 05 ) , and between before and after eradicating rats in experiment area( X^2 = 1. 576 2 ,P 〉 0. 05 ). There was significant differences in the density of rats between before and after eradicating rats in experiment area(X^2 =68.77,P 〈0.05). The peak consumption of the poison bait was on the third day, the peak amount of dead rats was on the sixth day during the experiment. There wasn't poisoning incidents of human and other livestock in the experiment. Conclusion 0. 005% brodifacoum poison bait had better efficacy against domestic rats, and security for human and livestock.
