摘　　要：目的评价杀它仗蜡块毒饵和溴敌隆毒米杀鼠剂现场灭鼠效果,筛选安全、高效的杀鼠剂。方法选择韶关市区2个条件基本相同的社区,使用杀它仗蜡块毒饵和溴敌隆毒米杀鼠剂进行现场灭鼠效果观察。结果0.008%杀它仗蜡块毒饵和0.005%溴敌隆毒米灭效第10天分别为89.25%和83.06%,第15天分别为92.56%和86.88%,其灭效前者略优于后者。结论杀它仗蜡块毒饵和溴敌隆毒米是一种高效、低毒、适口性好和使用较安全的抗凝血杀鼠剂,两者灭鼠效果差异无显著性。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of stratagem and bromadiolone against rodent and select one kind rodenticide which was more safety and higher efficacy. Methods Selecting two communities and having experiments for testing the efficacy of stratagem and bromadiolone against rodent. Results The killing rate of 0. 008% stratagem and 0. 005% bromadiolone were 89. 25% and 83.06% for ten days,92.56% and 86. 88% for 15 days. Conclusion Stratagem and bromadiolone were of high efficacy, low toxicity and good palatability. The difference of killing rodent efficacy between stratagem and bromadiolone was not evident.
