摘  要:目的测定臭氧对甲基对硫磷的降解效果。方法利用液相萃取——质谱联机分析经臭氧降解前后的甲基对硫磷的含量。通过液相萃取和旋转蒸发器的结合应用,优化萃取条件。设定气质联机的测定条件,利用SPSS软件分析处理数据,评价其降解效果。结果在20,40,80 min时分别降解农药残留总量的21.52%,46.11%,57.84%。结论通过实验结果显示,臭氧对甲基对硫磷有明显的降解作用,且用臭氧处理时间愈长,降解率愈高,在80 min时,臭氧对甲基对硫磷降解率接近60%。Objective To estimate the degradability of residual pesticide in vegetables under ozone's influence. Methods Using liquid phase extraction and mass-spectrum determination, the dose of methyl parathion before and after ozone exposure, analysing the methyl parathion residue in the liquid phase column extractor, then optimizing the condition for the liquid phase extraction and setting the determine status. Analysing the data by SPSS, estimating the degradability. Results The degradability of residual pesticide were 21.52%, 46. 11%, 57.84% for 20, 40, 80 rain respectively. Conclusion Ozone could degrade the residual pesticide in vegetables, The degradability was higher when the time under exposing to ozone was longer. It was nearly 60% at 80 min exposure.
