摘 要:采用复合指标法,从经济实力、经济结构、社会发展、基础设施和环境建设五个方面,选取16个与城市化相关的指标,以西安市的数据为基础,利用统计分析的方法构建了西安市城市化测度因子模型,并应用结构方程对该模型进行参数估计,得到了西安市城市化测度结构方程模型,应用该方法可以更准确地对各个城市的城市化发展水平进行度量和对比。As the world's most populous country, the urbanization process of china will have a profound impact on global development. Measuring the level of urbanization in China is also a hot problem. By using compound index and taking into account of the integrity of data based on the existing research, this study selects 16 indicators of economic strength, economic structure, social development, infrastructure construction and environment five aspects related to urbanization to measure the urbanization of Xi'an. Firstly, the study makes a exploratory factor analysis using SPSS, built a gene model of Xi'an. In order to avoid statistical error caused by traditional methods, a high-factor structural equation model of the Xi' an city was constructed using structural equation. We can apply this method to measure different cities with the same model.
