地麻滴鼻液的制备及质量控制研究

摘　　要：目的地麻滴鼻液的制备及质量控制。方法采用高效液相色谱法和直接滴定法测定制剂中主药地塞米松磷酸钠和盐酸麻黄碱的含量。结果地塞米松磷酸钠和盐酸麻黄碱平均回收率为99.92%、99.68%,RSD分别为1.21%和0.37%。结论该滴鼻液制备工艺简单,质量可控,性质稳定,适合师医院和卫生队制剂。Aim To study the preparation of dexamethasone and ephedrine nasal drops and its quality control. Methods The method of determining dexamethasone sodium phosphate and ephedrine hydrochloride by HPLC and acid-base titration was used. Results The average recoveries of dexamethasone sodium phosphate and ephedrine hydrochloride were 99.92% and 99.68% ,respectively. RSD was 1.21% and 0.37% ,respectively. Conclusion This nasal drops can be easily prepared. The quality can be controlled and the property is stable. It＇s suitable for hospital preparation.
