谷胱甘肽滴眼液与乃奇安治疗老年性白内障的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的评价国产谷胱甘肽滴眼液对老年性白内障的临床疗效及安全性。方法175例白内障患者以3/2的比例随机分为两组,分别点国产谷胱甘肽滴眼液或乃安奇1～2滴,tid,疗程6个月。结果国产谷胱甘肽滴眼液与乃安奇组的视力有明显的改善(P<0.01)两组的总有效率为分别48.57%和44.28%(P>0.05)。两组药物的不良反应轻微,发生率分别为19.05%、8.57%(P>0.05)。结论谷胱甘肽滴眼液是治疗老年性白内障安全、有效的药物。Aim To evaluate the safety and efficacy of domestic glutathione ophthalmic solution in the clinical treatment of patients with senile cataract. Methods 175 patients with senile cataract were selected and at a ratio of three to two randomly divided into the glutathione ophthalmic solution group and the neuthione group. Each of them, respectively, received treatment of domestic glutathione ophthalmic solution and neuthioe by instilling 1 to 2 drops in the eye 3 times daily , for 6 months. Results The eyesight of the glutathione ophthalmic solution group and neuthione group was significantly improved（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The clinical efficacy rate of glutathione ophthalmic solution and neuthione was 48.57% and 44.28% （ P 〉0.05）, respectively. The adverse drug reactions of both groups were mild at 19.05% ,8.57% ,respectively. Conclusion This results suggest that glutathione ophthalmic solution is a safe and effective anticataract drug.
