摘  要:目的建立复方氯霉素醇溶液中水杨酸和氯霉素的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50∶50∶0.1);流速:0.8ml/min;检测波长:295nm;柱温:30℃。结果水杨酸在0.2535~2.5350μg.ml-1范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率99.75%,RSD为1.3%;氯霉素在0.2550~2.5500μg.ml-1范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率99.18%,RSD为1.3%。结论方法简便、准确,重现性好。Aim To set up an assay method for determination of salicylic acid and chloramphenicol in Compound Chloramphenicol Alcoholic Solution. Methods The content of salicylic acid and chlorampheni -col was determined by RP-HPLC on a C18 columu (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) . The mobile phase consisted of CH3OH-H2O-HAc. (05:05:0.1 ) . The flow rate was 0.8ml/min, at the detection wavelength of 295 nm and column temperature of 30℃. Results Salicylic acid showed a good linear relationship within a range of 0. 253 5~2. 535 0μg·ml^-1, r =0. 999 9 ; the average recovery was 99.75%, and RSD was 1.3%. The linear range of chloramphenicol was 0. 255 0 - 2. 550 01μg·ml^-11, r = 0. 999 9, and the mean recovery was 99.18 %, with an RSD of 1.3 %. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reproducibil.
