摘　　要：RAMS(可靠性、可用性、可维护性、安全性)管理在国外铁路行业应用十分广泛。为促进城市轨道交通行业发展的规范化、国际化,更好地实现项目的安全和效益目标,也有必要进行RAMS管理方面的探讨。以EN50126标准为参照,解析了RAMS管理的基本要素。立足于我国城市轨道交通的现实状况,着重从轨道交通项目运作与效益、安全表现,以及行业管理等三方面论述了引入RAMS管理的必要性。RAMS管理将对我国城市轨道交通行业的发展具有重要的推动作用。RAMS management is widely used in the railway industry abroad in recent years. With rapid development of urban rail transit in China, it is increasingly urgent to discuss the related issues of RAMS management in order to promote the standardization,the globelization of urban rail transit industry, and achieve safety, better performance as well as economic objectives of the project. Referring to the Standard EN 580126, this paper analyzes the key dements of RAMS management; meanwhile, based on the current situation of urban rail transit development in China, disscusses the necessity of introducing RAMS management into URT from the aspects of rail transit operation and benefit, the safe performance and industry management. The author argues, RAMS management will play an important role in the development of urban rail transit in China.
