摘　　要：网络环境下个人隐私安全性日益受到重视,笔者探讨了图书馆网络参考咨询中涉及的有关用户隐私的问题,论述了加强用户隐私保护的重要意义,并提出了相关防范措施。This paper analyzes the questions about the user＇s privacy in the digital reference service, and discusses the necessity of strengthening the protection of user＇s privacy. Finally the author puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the protection of user＇s privacy.
