摘 要:用正交试验研究了添加剂对铜包铁复合粉末镀层性能的影响。结果表明:添加剂对镀层质量的影响由强到弱依次为:乙酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、丙烯基硫脲、聚乙二醇;添加剂的最佳加入量是:乙酸钠15 g/L,丙烯基硫脲0.5 g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠1 g/L,聚乙二醇5 g/L;在此条件下能得到与基体结合良好且包覆完整的连续镀层。用该工艺生产的Cu/Fe复合粉末基本能够满足用户的要求,用该复合粉末制造的含油轴承性能指标达到:密度5.9~6.6 g/cm3,含油率≥18%,压溃强度≥212 MPa,硬度Hv 60~100。It has been studied by orthogonal experiment that the effect of additives on properties of copper cladding on iron powder. The results show that in this process the additives influence on cladding quality from strong to weak is: sodium acetate, laurel sodium sulfate, ally thiourea, polyethylene glycol; the best dosages added are sodium acetate -15 g/L, laurel sodium sulfate -1 g/L, ally thiourea -0.5 g/L, polyethylene glycol -5 g/L. A complete and consistent cladding that is well-combined with the matrix can be formed by use of the above dosages. Cu/Fe composite powder, which is batch produced by using the above process, can satisfy the user's needs by and large. The performance index of oil retaining bearing produced by the Cu/Fe composite powder are density -5.9-6.6 g/cm^3, oil containing ratio≥18%, crushing strength ≥212 MPa, hardness Hv 60-100.
