摘　　要：竣工验收备案制是我国建设工程质量监督深化改革的重要措施之一。文章从参与建设各方在取得竣工验收备案证书中应做的工作,竣工验收备案过程中须提交的资料,以及竣工验收备案资料整理时应注意的问题等几方面,阐述了取得竣工验收备案证明书的途径。Project information resource system is one of the ways for our country to deepen reform on quality supervision of building projects. From work all the attendant parties should do and the information they need to submit and problems need be noticed in information sort-out, this paper discusses as how to acquire testimonials from all attendant parties by construction unit for project information resource system.
