摘　　要：介绍目前“三网合一”所面临的问题，分别从几个方面比较数字电视和IPTV，分析数字电视和IPTV的合作对“三网合一”带来的好处，得出数字电视和IPTV和谐发展将促进“三网合一”发展的结论。This paper introduces the problems which ＂ three networks unite as one＂ are facing. It compares digital television and IPTV form several aspects and analyzes the benefits which are brought by the cooperating of digital TV and IPTV. Finally, it presents a conclusion that the concordant development of digital TV and IPTV will promote the ＂three networks unite as one＂.
