摘 要:为实现长时间延期,研究了管壳对钨系延期药延期时间的影响。研究结果表明:延期药的燃速随着延期体管壳材料导热系数的增加而增加,并且由热绝缘材料到导热材料,延期药的燃速明显加快,其影响机理是管壁对未燃药剂的预热作用;当延期体的管壳为同种导热材料时,延期药的燃速随延期管壁厚度的增加而减少,原因是管壁吸热较多导致延期药燃烧直径的减小。In order to design long delay time device, the influence of package on burning rate of delay compositions of W type was studied, The experiment results showed that the burning rate of the delay compositions became much faster with the increasing of thermal conductivity of the package, especially from heat insulator to heat conducting material. The reason of that is the unburned composition was pre-heated by the heat conducting of package wall. When the package was the same heat conducting material, the increasing of the thickness of the wall caused the increasing of heat absorption, that would lead to a reduction of the combustion diameter of the compositions, so the burning rate of the compositions was decreased.
